Paul is honest and hardworking. Early in the process, he is consultative without being dominant. He clearly has expert knowledge of his craft and teaches and guides you to where your house actually fits in the current market and will sell the quickest. He has knowledge of both the marketing process of the home and then works tirelessly with all the potential clients, not missing any that have interest. What struck us the most was his responsiveness. A family man himself, he always answered his phone when we called with the most medial of questions. He would always respond with a caring answer and if you have a concern with the other party, he would investigate that concern if it was relevant. Paul also has a tremendous insight on staging the home for sale, very aware of what the buyer is looking for. The average sale in out town is 70 days, he sold our house in 1 full day on the market with one bid still in his pocket. Once the house was sold, paul manages the inspection process perfectly, on site taking notes with the inspector, setting up an excellent plan to counter any potential trouble areas that may be exploited by the other agent and buyers and works tirelessly with the other agent. His style is mild mannered but tenacious when it counts. Like the game of pool, he was always several shots ahead of everyone else in the process. Paul was excellent
